Moonta
Moonta is situated in the Yorke Peninsula. Copper was discovered here in 1861. During the late 19th century the Moonta and nearby Wallaroo mines formed one of the largest copper producing areas in the world. The cornish came here in large numbers, so much so the area is still referred to a little cornwall
