Wheal Trewavas
These mine remains can be found near Rinsey Head between Perranuthnoe and Porthleven and not far from Breage. Wheal Trewavas was opened in 1834. There were four copper lodes and one tin lode and some of the workings were under the sea bed. It closed in 1846
